MoveOn at UM Brief

MoveOn, is a database for international relations and mobility program management.

As Project Lead of the UofM MoveOn Team, I am in-charge of the institution wide implementation and adoption of the database to increase program management efficiencies, manage risk and aid in reporting and analysis of international activities.

• Overseeing project milestones and timelines;
• Planning and roll-out of project activities with the support of technical and IT teams;
• Coordination with faculties and administrative units scheduled to adopt the database;
• Convening Advisory and Pilot Groups meetings;
• Monitoring compliance to privacy regulations;
• Managing and facilitating service contract negotiations; and
• Liaising with vendor to ensure contract terms are followed.
