I was invited to share my experience as a Canadian Newcomer at the “Share Success” event organized by Manitoba Start on 27 February 2014. The event turned out to be an interesting night of animated and inspiring stories especially the talk of Anna Gordon, Founder & Chief Storyteller at CareerStory.

As for my contribution, I shared my thoughts on ‘communication’ and its role in pursuit of success, professional success, that is (definition of success is a different topic/debate altogether). I gave a few examples of “workplace settings and activities” where communication skills are essential. Here’s my PPT presentation.
