Gulcan Barclay is an International Student Advisor working at Camosun College in Victoria, British Columbia. Originally from Turkey, Gulcan has lived and worked in Canada for the past 11 years; and holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership degree from University of Victoria.
Shanda Williams is the Student Programming Coordinator (International) and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) working at Grenfell Campus, Memorial University of Newfoundland. Originally from Belize, Shanda has lived and worked in Corner Brook, Newfoundland for the past 13 years.
Lisa Brunner is an International Student Advisor (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) and PhD student in Educational Studies at the University of British Columbia. Previously, Lisa worked on a variety of immigration-related research, curriculum design, and teaching projects with Bilkent University, the Cultural Orientation Resource Center at the Center for Applied Linguistics, Immigrant Services Society of BC, and Simon Fraser University.
Helen Balderama is International Partnership Officer at the University of Manitoba and an education blogger. Helen was formerly Program Manager to the Education sections of Asia-Europe Foundation (Higher Education) and UNESCO National Commission Manila; and holds a Masters in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
